Adriaan has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and leadership consulting. His educational and work background has been multidisciplinary, and includes studies in the fields of Italian culture and languages, law, and business at the IMD in Switzerland. His professional identity comes from his years of experience in a multinational oil and gas company, the European Commission, law firms and a Telecom startup.

Adriaan’s interest in national cultures was ignited through his work in Saudi Arabia, Belgium, the USA, Italy and Ireland. Under the scope of Hofstede's Model, he is focused on organizational change projects that take national culture into account.
