Alexandra Fix is the co-founder of The Edgework Partnership, a change facilitation agency that works to support the growth of advanced organisations. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Organisation & Relationship Systems Coach, she has developed a wide range of experience in leading, managing and developing individuals and teams over the last 20 years
Alexandra gained 15 years experience in HR and team management in the cultural and sports events sectors, managing teams and service suppliers ranging from 12 to 1,200 people. As well as working at Le Palais de Congrès in Paris, she led teams working on international events such as the French Open Tennis, the 2007 Rugby World Championship in France, the London 2012 Olympics and the Paris-Dakar Rally.
Working in many different cultures, contexts and countries, Alexandra chose to deepen her understanding of how to better lead teams and organisations and release the potential of diverse complex human systems. She also became fascinated with the work of Professor Geert Hofstede and the Intercultural Intelligence model developed by Hofstede and ITIM International.
In 2013, Alexandra certified in the Co-active coaching model developed by the Coaches Training Institute and graduated from HEC Paris with a Masters in Coaching. She also integrated more innovative and effective ways of working with complexity in teams and organisations by training in the Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching model developed by CRR Global.
Based in Paris and working internationally, Alexandra is fluent in English as well as her native French. She also speaks German and Italian. Some of Alexandra’s recent clients include Capgemini, Siemens, Sogeti, Valéo, Astra Zeneca, Vista Outdoors, Axa Tech and Axa GIE.
