Mary Anne Jorgensen

MaryAnne started her career in Tokyo working in international trade, managing the purchasing of raw materials from clients in Asia, Europe, and North America. Several years later, managing a multi-cultural team of consultants at a human resources firm, she realized that in addition to having self-awareness, cross-cultural awareness and understanding was a foundation to support high performance.

For the last fifteen years, MaryAnne has been working as a training facilitator and coach, specializing in leadership development, team-building, cross-cultural awareness, and executive presentation. Over 15 years in learning and development from her base in Japan have given her a unique perspective on the challenges facing multinational organizations as they globalize their operations.

MaryAnne is a certified practitioner of MBTI and Lumina Spark, psychometric tools that allow leaders to build on their strengths. She has a strong interest in supporting women in leadership and is the Chair of the ACCJ Kansai Women in Business committee and President of Foreign Executive Women (FEW) Kansai. She holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Stanford University.
