Yoshiko Kurisaki is a Japanese national, established in Switzerland, and a senior expert of cross-cultural management between Europe and Japan. Having worked at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (NTT, Japan), Yoshiko moved to Europe to work in the international business, assuming various senior posts for over 25 years, namely at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and the Development (OECD, Paris), and SITA (Geneva). Drawing upon her first-hand experience, she has been established as a senior expert in cross-cultural management connecting the two different cultures of Europe and Japan.
She obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Toronto (Canada), a Bachelor of Liberal Arts at the University of Tokyo (Japan), and a Certificate of Advanced Studies of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the University of Geneva.
Checking theory against reality is the methodology built-in throughout her work that enables her clients to convert cultural understandings into practical actions for their day to day business.
