Ms Miyazaki began her career in sales and marketing in a Japanese major finance corporation as one of their first career-track female employees. In 1996, she started Krene KK, a human capital development and organizational development consulting company, with a belief in the value of integrating individual development and organizational development.
As a consultant, a facilitator, a coach, and a project manager, she supports developing diversity and inclusive oriented corporate culture for creating real customer value. She and her associates work for Krene’s clients on project basis to develop participants’ engagement for organizational vision through career development, and action learning style programs for creating innovative businesses.
In order to meet continuously changing client issues, she utilizes a variety of tools, skills, and attitudes, including her certifications as a Career Development Advisor, an Organization and Relationship System’s Coach (ORSCC), a Six Seconds EQ practitioner, a Human Synergistics International consultant, a Lumina Learning practitioner, an NLP master practitioner, a Process Work practitioner, as well as being a past participant at the Aspen Institute and a Naikan meditation participant. She has a BA in Economics from Gakushyuin University, and an Executive MBA from Temple University, both located in Tokyo, Japan.
Her wide variety of clients include well-known diversity-oriented corporations in international trading, chemical, finance, and automobile industries, among others.
