The accredited practitioner training programme has been developed in order to enable managers and consultants to guide members of their organisations in becoming more successful and effective when dealing with culture.
NEW: The Accredited Practitioner Course is now open to to corporate customers. Because many of our customers wished to be able to certify their own people for security or internal policy reasons. In order to address their needs, our proven and highly-effective cultural model is now accessible to in-house consultants.

be fluent in several languages, both written and verbally
have lived and worked in at least two countries outside of their home country
be very comfortable working independently
have high standards of professionalism and intercultural empathy
possess strong didactical skills and be able to generate creative, innovative and practical ideas
have strong sales skills to do their own sales and assignment acquisitions
